Get Paid Now Program

 

 

1. Certain items of property may be eligible for our Get Paid Now program. If you choose Get Paid Now for you eligible items, you agree to sell and relinquish all right, title, and interest to the items property so designated to us for an amount equal to the price we offer.
2. To submit a request for the Get Paid Now option, you must submit detailed pictures with all relevant information required by this agreement to the following email customerservice@preownluxury.com . Once we receive your email, we will evaluate it to determine, in our sole discretion, the property’s condition and authenticity in a manner consistent with the way in which we authenticate Consigned Property. If we agree on the offer amount, you must ship your item to the following address:

3. Upon receiving your item we will inspect it for authenticity, specifications and condition that you provided to us before. After that we will send you a check, or pay by any other forms of payments that we agree on. In the case if the item description such as , but not limited to brand, model, condition, color, size, any alterations, was not provided correctly, Pre-Owned Luxury will have the right to reject the purchase of the item by Get Paid Now program.

4. You are responsible for all risk of loss or damage to your property until we take physical possession of it. 

5. Prior to payment of an offer price, you will be required to sign an Acceptance Form confirming your acceptance of the offer price for each piece of your property. We will issue payment for your property in the amount stated in the Acceptance Form, via the method of payment you provide.                                

 

ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED THE FINAL OFFER TO PURCHASE, THE TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR CREDITS ARE PERMITTED.
