Return Policy

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with PRE-OWNED LUXURY tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any additional accessories, such as dust bags, straps, boxes, cards, etc (if applicable) must be returned as well.

Final Sale items and Accessories cannot be returned.

Items that don’t meet the above requirements will not be accepted.


To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@preownluxury.com. Please carefully pack your return item with the receipt of purchase and any additional accessories inside the box. If you don't have a receipt, you can request a copy of it through the email stated above.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning items, as well as 4% restocking fee, unless otherwise specified. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
