Shipping and Returns

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

We accept returns via mail or in person. Returns are eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, salable, undamaged, unaltered, with Pre-Owned Luxury tags attached, with additional accessories (such as dust bags, box, additional straps, authenticity cards, etc.), and with the receipt of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as 4% restocking fee.

In the case of cancellation of an order the customer is responsible for 4% restocking fee. 

Final sale items and Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
